Event - Children in Need

At Tenacres we held our annual Friendly Friday - children paid £1 to bring their teddy to school for the day . They also brought a game from home to play with children form another class in the afternoon .

The pupils council organised a competition to design or make a 'Friends Ship' and prizes were given to the winners.

There was a vast range of imaginative ideas, including a ship shaped cake complete with edible friends, an intricate lego friends ship and lots of card models, all of which reflected the qualities of being a good friend.

The school raised over £230 on the day so well done to everyone who took part in this worthwhile cause.
