Event - Dads Dinners Week

To celebrate Fathers day, dads, uncles, stepdads and granddads were invited to come and have a hot dinner with their children. This follows the success of the Mothers day dinners earlier in the year.

These photos show what a great success it was with children thrilled at having their dads to lunch. There were lots of clean plates and dishes as the dads ate up their healthy meals.

The dads all enjoyed their dinners and even went out to the playground afterwards! Some dads commented on how much better the meals are than when they were at school. Some also said the meals were much better that their work canteens!

We shall certainly be doing this again next year as it was hugely popular and good fun for everyone.
