I went to tenacres in 2006 and absolutely loved it! i have fond memories of this place! i went to arrowvale sixthform where i met my best friend, after chatting we both discovered that we went to tenacres together! small world! will definitely be bringing my children here when i have them!

Well dotty was my sons leavers play, I have no words to explain how lovely it was to see all of year 4 up on stage really enjoying themselves with so much confidence! My son started in reception and has flourished so much. Tenacres is such a wonderful school and it’s thanks to the fabulous teachers who have all helped him to become the smart, confident boy he is today. I’m am truly proud to say my son has his first 5 years of his school life at Tenacres. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

I visited the school on 30/09/2016 as part of becoming a school governor. I was very impressed with the school, the staff, the children and the facilities. An impressive learning environment was evident throughout; a credit to all involved.

Since moving our son to Tenacres July 2014 he has thrived! All the staff are so friendly to him and he loves the dinner ladies since having hot dinners in the last few weeks. I wish we had moved him sooner. My only slight niggle is not having a newsletter more often as we get lots and lots of booking forms throughout the week, it is easy to mislay one in the everyday madness of life. Aside from that, thank you.

Wow! I have just had a look at the new website, and I must say it’s fantastic! It’s bright and fresh, and most of all very informative. Ethan seems to have settled in well at reception in Miss Taylors class, and have been made to feel at ease being a first time mum.

My son joined Tenacres in September and has settled so well. The staff and Head teacher are always very welcoming and he wakes every morning asking if its time to go to school! As a working mum, i also use the breakfast club in the mornings. Again, the staff have made my life easier by the warm welcome my son receives each and every morning. Well done Tenacres.

I was feeling rather sad this morning. Its the childrens last day at Tenacres First School this morning. I’ve been going there every school day for the last 8 years. I couldn’t have chosen a better school for my children to have begun their education and I’ve a lot to thank them for. A huge thank you to Mrs Shillaker and all the teachers who have taught 4 of my children over the years. Goodbye Tenacres we shall miss you! Love from the Rogers Family.

I attended this school 3-4 years ago. It was the best thing that has ever happened to me, all the teachers are spectacular and very helpful.

I attended this school between the years 2003-2007. It was a very good first school. I was looking at this website and thinking how quick time flies and now im going into a highschool. This first school has allowed me to get great levels in year five onwards and im very grateful for that. I believe this school is still excellent and i think it will remain that way.

I attended the school between years 1999 and 2004, so seeing the high-quality photographs of the various areas of the school acted like a flashback! The information provided to sum the school up is excellent, with the childrens drawings of the teachers being a creative and unique idea.
